Ran 12k with Al Ellis chatting all things footie. Walked to S Steyne and then hung with the Whites and Streckeisens at East Esplanade (the 'office').
Just Lukie and I in the evening so just walked the usual route trying to find the penguins. Nice 1 on 1 time.
