Got out for a nice jog with Al to Shelly and back stopping for coffee in Grumporio. Al is one in a million and one of my favourites!
Afternoon spent at Jacq's sisters' place in L Cove. Uncle Mark was giving me the lo-down on all things healthy for runners.
