Was meant to be long with Strecky but again it was far too hot so we turned at Narrabeen and came back for swim at Queensy. Tired for rest of the day and 22k done and 100k for the week.

Afternoon spent at Little Manly. Jack had been here the day before with his mates and had swam out to a random boat again. This time they got nabbed but the owner took them for a ride to Balmoral and back again with then buying them ice creams from the usual boat selling delights around the harbour!

At L Manly I bumped into Richy High and family. Another super nice bloke and a very decent runner on his day and now concentrating on cycling. Really nice catching up with him. It was hilarious as all my boys were jumping off the back with his kids and they'd been chatting with each other before I turned up with the GoPro. Not the best selfie of me!  Then Anna and Tone turned up with m then taking them ona pub crawl from The Steyne to the MWB.  I was groggy by the end.
