Lazy Sunday
With Ryder's footie had to skip the long run so just ambled around in 5s for 11k and 103 for the week with some good stuff thrown in.
Otherwise relaxing day with all the family watching Ryder's game before lunch with Aunty Mi and Mum and dad.
