Back in France today and a nice morning surfing at Bidart surf beach.
The afternoon we spent at the Camping ground pool with water slides followed by a swift barbie before heading to Biarritz for sunset and icecream on the promenade.
Managed a 6 x 1km session in the afternoon and it was hopeless. Way too hot. Had intended on 10 but cut short. Here are the ugly numbers and right knee still giving me gip. In fact kept me awake a little last night.
